Instinctively Green has been working with Hundred Houses Society on a resident engagement project for a potential retrofit project on some of the Society’s original homes. The Eastfield estate was the first site for the HHS’s first hundred homes. Most of the homes are single solid wall homes which are becoming hard to heat.
We carried out resident engagement work which has informed a professional team on the preferred affordable retrofit options.
We delivered the project with our partners Cambridge Architectural Research.
