Instinctively Green were appointed by the social enterprise company, Allia, in December 2016 to provide project management support for an innovative energy efficient housing scheme in Peterborough.
Allia were approached by Dr Jerry Harrall to work up a housing development using a modern form of construction which produced homes of very high energy efficiency.
